Qualiware Advanced:  Modeling with QualiWare

Refresher on User Interaction with the purpose-built desktops and dashboards. 

Built-in Qualiware Functions including repository management, model comparison, model import from other tools, tool integrations. 

Specialized Framework Support introduces participants to QualiWare's built-in support for leading enterprise architecture, governance, and industry frameworks, including TOGAF®, ArchiMate®, BPMN™, Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) and the NATO Architecture Framework (NAF). 

Hybrid Modelling introduces participants to QualiWare’s hybrid modelling approach, which enables multiple modelling techniques and perspectives to be integrated within a single repository. 

Advanced querying capabilities enabling students to retrieve, analyze, and report on repository data effectively. Students will learn how to design and build custom queries, use Composite Queries to combine and present information from multiple sources, and leverage Generic Queries to create reusable and flexible reporting solutions.  

Applications Portfolio Management includes presentation of the functions built into the QualiWare tool to support this important business activity. Students will generate lifecycle Gantt charts, score application models, and develop a variety of useful diagrams and tables to manage information pertaining to business applications and their relationship to capabilities, processes, organizations and data; 

Compliance Management introduces participants to the Compliance Dashboard and demonstrates how queries, charts, and diagrams can be used to design, visualize, and manage compliance programs, audit programs, and change management processes within QualiWare. 

Project Portfolio Management introduces participants to the fundamental principles of project portfolio management and key project management activities. Participants will learn how to use QualiWare diagrams and symbols to create, visualize, and maintain project and portfolio models that support effective planning, governance, execution, and decision-making. 

Risk Management. Understanding, evaluating, and responding to risk is essential in any complex endeavour. The QualiWare tool has a wide range of risk management functionality, and practical application of this capability will be explored in depth. 

QualiAI and QualiChat introduces participants to QualiWare’s AI-powered capabilities for knowledge discovery, content generation, and model navigation.
