This two-day hands-on training will be delivered over 4 consecutive half-day sessions from noon-3:30pm Eastern. Developed and delivered by Landmark Decisions and co-hosted by CloseReach and CBP-Software, this online training is offered to assist organizations better understand the critical success factors associated with driving a “Business Process Improvement” culture in their organizations.
