Gerry is an experienced and professional Project Manager and Certified Quality Manager, with over 20 years of experience in planning and implementing complex cross-functional projects, and developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems. His specialties include Quality Management, Business Project Management, Process Auditing, and Quality Engineering. Gerry has had extensive experience working with companies in the Aerospace, Defense, Telecommunications and Computer industries, having managed company Quality Management Systems in several companies across Canada,.

At General Dynamics Canada Gerry focused on guiding company success across three major sites in Canada to the successful implementation of their AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS). He managed a program of successful business audits which covered all aspects of the business from HR, IT, Legal, Business Development, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Engineering, ensuring compliance to business practices, quality, and environmental health and safety regulatory standards. Most recently, Gerry has been a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace in Ottawa, responsible for maintenance of their Quality Management System as well as other duties including Customer Quality, Product Quality and Supplier Quality.
