QualiWare Micro-Training

Instructor-led micro-training for QualiWare users

Targeted, instructor-led QualiWare training focused on a specific skill or task. Sessions are structured around one or more selected topics, with clear learning objectives. Training sessions can span topics that are normally covered in discrete CloseReach QualiWare courses (i.e., QualiWare Basic, QualiWare Basic (Web), QualiWare Advanced, CaseMaker, QualiWare GWE, QualiWare QCL Basic, QualiWare QCL Advanced, QualiWare Data Visualization, QualiWare System Administrator, QualiWare Web Publishing).

Use these sessions to reinforce previous course learning and refresh key concepts. Build practical skills in QualiWare through supplementary structured instruction and guided practice. A typical session includes instruction, demonstration, guided practice, as well as a Q&A session.

How it works

1. Select a training package (1, 5, 10, 20, 40, or 80 sessions).

2. Choose the topic(s) you want to cover.

3. Attend instructor-led training sessions with guided practice.

4. Leave with repeatable steps and reference notes for the topic.

What you receive

• Instructor-led training and guided practice for the selected topic.

• A short set of reference notes and recommended next topics (as applicable).

Session length

• 30 minutes per session (micro-training format).

Terms and Conditions.

• Training sessions must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. 

• Sessions are delivered as instructor-led training focused on pre-defined topics and learning objectives.

• This offering is not a substitute for a scoped implementation or consulting engagement. If the request requires design, configuration, scripting, or delivery work beyond training, a separate services arrangement is required.
