An Experiential Training Approach Like No Other!
This weeklong experiential in-person learning workshop will provide participants with the tools and practice to either lead or participate in an ISO 9001:2015-based Quality Management System internal audit within their own organization.
The workshop includes theory, role playing and immediate practice performing an actual real-time internal audit on a local Service Provider that is certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Participants will be involved in the audit from start to finish.
Although the instructor and CloseReach will make reasonable efforts to make temporary copies of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and amendment available during the training, each participant is responsible to obtain their own copy. Food and drink will be provided at lunchtime and breaks.
Certification
Certificates of Completion will be provided to each participant who completes the workshop. Certificates of Achievement will be provided to each participant who completes the course AND successfully scores 80% or higher on the online exam after the workshop.
