Collaborative Business Planning (CBP) is a powerful adjunct to the QualiWare Business Process Management / Enterprise Architecture platform and available as a managed service on the Azure Cloud. CBP business models enable stakeholders across the organization to develop, analyze and deploy CBP results for improved decision-making.
This training is delivered over 4 half-day sessions. It is offered to new users of CBP assigned the responsibility of building, validating, and generating results from CBP models. A step-by-step learning approach is used so that participants can follow along with the instructor. Access to CBP through the Cloud is provided for each participant. Participants come away with “ready to apply” tips, techniques, and templates to enhance their experience as DTO Modellers.
