We're ISO 9001 Certified!
For the last 4 months, CloseReach was working to prepare for our ISO 9001 Registration Audit. Flash forward to the successful conclusion - we are ISO 9001 certified! Our incredible team was able to show that it is possible to build and deploy an ISO-compliant integrated management system, with sophisticated process automation, in record time. This demonstrates that our QualiWare-based Compliance Management Accelerator (CMA) can speed up the implementation of a Quality Management System to enable our business to continue to grow and improve.
We received validation that we are on the right track and the auditor was blown away by our management system!
