CloseReach is QualiWare Software’s delivery partner in Canada and the United States with expertise in Business & Enterprise Architecture, Quality/Compliance Management and Business Process Management.

     

    Position:

    We are looking for an experienced bilingual (English/French) trainer that can quickly learn the software tools that we use and help us with the delivery of QualiWare and Enterprise Architecture training.

    You will also be involved in the development of new courseware to meet the needs of our clients and to incorporate new QualiWare capabilities.

    Must have and/or be eligible for a secret clearance.

    The candidate should be a quick learner, have an interest in delivering in-classroom courses to a variety of audiences and prior experience with an Enterprise Architecture software (QualiWare would be a great asset).

    Tasks and Duties:

    • Provide on-site and virtual QualiWare, enterprise architecture, business analysis training and coaching to both internal/external clients.
    • Develop and implement training strategies and programs, operational processes, and marketing initiatives.
    • Develop and revise internal and external training/course materials.
    • Assist with the development of internal and external QualiWare technical knowledgebase.
    • Develop training videos and support aids.
    • Provide administrative and technical support in support of internal and external training activities.
    • Develop and configure QualiWare reports, dashboards, governance workflows and web.
    • As required, assist with review of new QualiWare software releases including testing of new functionality and bug fixes to ensure complete familiarity with the usage of the software.
    • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time. 

    Education

    A post-secondary school degree or diploma in an Information Management or an Information Technology related field OR an acceptable combination of education, training and relevant experience.
