CloseReach has an immediate need for a Technical/Product Support Superstar to work full time, on-site at our Laurier Avenue Office.
- MUST have a government of Canada security clearance
- MUST have a positive attitude and a great sense of humor
- MUST be a results oriented critical thinker
What you should have:
- Hands on experience with Cloud environments
- SAAS experience
- Programming experience
- SQL
- Experience developing, and debugging software applications
- Experience supporting all levels of technical abilities for our internal and external clients,
- Ability to convey technical jargon to a wide range of audiences
- Looking for someone who is interested in learning about new products and technologies
- Provide remote assistance for user's workstation
- Supporting users in installing different applications
- Troubleshooting, support
- Facilitate licensing and workflow integrations
