Comprehensive hands-on training for new users of Collaborative Business Planning (CBP)

Collaborative Business Planning (CBP) is a powerful adjunct to the QualiWare Business Process Management / Enterprise Architecture platform and available as a managed service on the Azure Cloud. CBP business models enable stakeholders across the organization to develop, analyze and deploy CBP results for improved decision-making.
This two-day “hands-on” training is delivered over 4 consecutive half-day sessions (Noon - 3:30pm Eastern) from March 23-26, 2021. It is offered to new users of CBP assigned the responsibility of building, validating, and generating results from CBP models. A step-by-step learning approach is used so that participants can follow along withy the instructor. Access to CBP through the Cloud is provided for each participant. Participants come away with “ready to apply” tips, techniques, and templates to enhance their experience as CBP Modelers.

This workshop provides foundational training on developing CBP business models to help organizations collaborate to improve organizational performance. It will benefit:
Existing experience with Excel; process diagramming tools (such as PowerPoint or Visio); and/or data visualization tools (such as Power BI) would be highly beneficial. Existing experience with QualiWare would be useful but is not essential.
